- Description of the product and the issue

- Pictures and/or videos always help

How quickly are replacement parts sent out?

We carry replacement parts for almost all of our products. Typically these are sent out within one day.

Do i pay for anything when a product is malfunctioning?

We will cover all costs related to fixing or replacing the product.
