Shipping damage

Siirra takes responsibility for all issues related to shipping. When a product appears to be damaged on the outside, please take pictures of the box before opening the product.

Once damage has been established, please send us some pictures so we can identify what parts need to be replaced.

I did not receive the order, but the tracking link shows it has been delivered

As anoying as it is, there is not a single answer to the problem. We will contact the courier and find out where exactly they have delivered the product. Most often they have delivered it to a neighbour or reception.

I didn't receive all the items I ordered

Partial deliveries can occur for 2 reasons:

1. One of the items you purchased was out of stock and will be shipped out at a later date. Please check the packing list to see if the item you are missing is listed there.

2. Large and small packages don't always follow the same route within the warehouse of FedEx. If you got a partial delivery, most often they will deliver the remaining items within a day. If not, please reach out to us.
