We will ship to Switzerland by using incoterm Delivered-at-place (DAP)*.
*Delivered-at-place (DAP) means that Siirra is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods. As a customer, you should be paying the customs clearance, import duty and VAT.
**Under DAP shipment, you would receive a Customs Invoice from the carrier we used with the import fees once the order has been delivered to your doorstep.
Other Countries or Area:
If you do not see your country above, you can use a freight forwarder in a country that we are able to ship to. That means we offer free shipping to your freight forwarder of choice, but we do not cover any cost from there on. If you send us your export custom documents, we can refund your VAT charges.
When are my items shipped?
All items are shipped next business day. In some cases, when an important part of your order is out of stock, we will block the entire order and ship everything out when it is complete. If you wish to receive part of the order sooner, please contact customer service.
Where are products shipped from
All our items are stored in a warehouse in Belgium. For more information, don't hesitate to contact customer service.
Can i pick up my order?
Yes, you can. The warehouse is located in Temse, Belgium. Please do contact our customer service to organise a pick up
A product has been delivered damaged
Siirra will take care of a replacement for you. Please contact customer service and provide some pictures of the issue.
My order has been partially delivered
Large items, such as dekstops, sometimes follow different routes within the courier's network. The remaining items will likely arrive the same day, or the following day. Please contact us in case it takes longer.
Where can i select white glove delivery?
White glove delivery is a service where Siirra will deliver and assemble your desk on site. This option is currently only available in Belgium and for standing desks. You will find this option within the checkout process, on the shipping page.
About your order
How do i change or cancel my order?
Orders are automatically synced with the warehouse and picked within a few hours. Cancelling and/or changing the order is no longer possible once the fulfillment took place. It is therefore important to act quickly and contact us via one of the channels.
My order includes a product that is out of stock
If a product is out stock, we will ship out all remaining items from the order as soon as possible, and ship out the remaining products as soon as they come in. If an item is out of stock that is part of a larger product (a desktop for example) we will hold all items unless requested otherwise.

Can i return my order?
